Is there any hope?!

    This rose is called Sweet Honey, and has been in the ground for weeks. It's def not happy, as I planted a few at the same time and the rest ( in other places) are miles ahead with lots of leaves. Should I move it now before it dies on me?
    I wonder if there is something wrong with that corner, as the Daphne I put in there went the same way and I had to move that. It's ok now and in bud.

    That's perfectly fine, nothing to worry about at all, it's just a bit behind. It may have been kept in cold storage for a long time before you received it. It takes some time for roses to acclimatise if that is the case.
    It will soon catch up.
    Just to put your mind at rest, here's one of mine right now... am I worried? not a bit..

      Try not to look at it every day! That’s a piece of advice that I give myself when I feel like things aren’t going anywhere: seeds not germinating, cuttings not rooting, plants not growing… Alas, I very often fail to follow my own advice. Only today I was exasperating that the leaf of a new acer is not unfurling fast enough.

      Sweet Honey is a gorgeous rose - in no time it will look like this:
