Is this a hebe

    Is this a Hebe and can it be moved to big where it is now

    Yes, maybe Hebe vernicosa.
    You can move it if it hasn't been there more than five or six years, alternatively hard prune it in the spring if it is too big.

    :thumb: Yes - definitely a hebe, and an attractive one without the flowers even! - this variety does well in a big pot too for a few years if started off in one whilst young and given plenty of light.
