Is this a honeysuckle???

A few months ago I posted photo of a new cutting, asking for help with ideas. The cutting was very young and not easy to identify then. However, now it has grown a bit and has developed pink flowers. Someone said it might be a honeysuckle. So, is it?? If not, what else might it be??

Also, if it is a honeysuckle, is it hardy etc and can I grow it as a permanent bushy shrub?? Maybe keep clipping it??

Leaves not right for Pieris.
Leaf arrangement... opposite to each other is right for Lonicera.
However, details of flowers are not very clear.
Compare to Lonicera tartarica.
