I could be a virus, the best thing would be to keep it away from other plants, but to me it just looks like dry air affecting the leaves, possibly it's got too hot if it's been left in the sun.

Looks most like scorching - water splashed on leaves then scorched by the sun. Though it could be some kind of leaf miner. Not too clear - can you get a closer photo? Doesn't look viral. Where have you got it growing? have you any others? and are you watering from above?

hi all, can try a closer one but they just get blurry, Yes am watering it from above-its been sitting on windowsill but dont think its actually had contact with window and room it was in was unheated. It feels very 'soft' and lacking in firmness is all I can explain it

    Hi LG
If you water from above, and water gets splashed on the leaves, as the sunlight hits the wet bits, they will scorch and look like that. Try standing it in a plant saucer and watering into that, or watering under the foliage. Keep compost moist as a wrung out flannel and no wetter. Maybe soft as its over or under wet. Also, try lifting out of its pot to see if the roots are plentiful, healthy and white (with no insect life) - re-pot up to its first set of leaves in fresh compost and keep it in a warm, bright spot (Though you could probably pot it into its final pot now). start hardening off at beginning of May. Don't feed until first flowers appear.
