Is this normal??

    IMG_0057.JPG Hi everyone it's me again looking for advice lol. I've had to prune back some of my tomato plants and I've noticed these growths on the main stems are they normal or should I worry/panic

      No worries, just aerial roots, quiet normal, they do not normally develop much more.

        Thank Ricky I was getting worried I thought I may have grown a bio hazard lol. Seriously though this is my first year of growing things and I'm very grateful for all the help and advice you guys are giving me I really do appreciate it :ThankYou:

          It can be a sign there's something wrong with their roots below ground, so they start making them elsewhere.

            Though your pic does look like healthy leaves, to be sure there is not an unlikely problem as Scrungee suggests, perhaps post a pic of the whole plant/s and a pic of the pot or soil border.
            Also how often do you water and what do you feed with and how often and what varieties are they.

            Any fruit ready yet ? just been giving next door some as now getting to the glut period, mainly cherry types plus a Shirley.

            Personally I think it is more a sign of very humid conditions.
            Probably lots of leaf growth and not much air movement.

            And we all know what that can cause.
