Is this Powdery mildew?

    Only just noticed this on my lovely Dragon plant it is on quite a few leaves. Is this Powdery mildew?

    Done a bit of googling and it could be Mealybugs?

      Scrape a little off and have a look with your mobile/magnify and you should see any bugs.

        I dont think its mildew, it could be as you say, mealy bug or some kind of aphid.

          On inspection looks like a bug - will treat it as if Mealybugs. Thanks
