Is this true about onion rows

    I was told yesterday that they say if you grow a row of onions between other veg that it keeps the slugs at bay is this true.

    That's a new one on me, slugs eat my onions so I can't see how it would work.

    The only thing that could reliably keep slugs at bay is nuclear warfare :(

    Russ, planting any member of the onion family amongst other crops, is meant to stop APHIDS not slugs.:thumb:
