      It's worth £45.

I believe that they're susceptible to wind, and the covers are not overly long lasting, but worth £45!

I'd probably pay that for it.

Worth £45 I think, I lost a few panes of glass in my greenhouse in the wind £30 for 5 replacement pieces so £45 seems a bargain.

Worth considering a polytunnel with a galvanised frame for a little bit more 2.5 x 2 x m Polytunnel Garden Greenhouse - Feel Good UK If you're interested there's normally a clickable link to them on Gardeners Corner home page which will mean some income for this site.

Also worth considering putting in a bid on ebay for a small polytunnel as you might well get one cheaper than a mini-greenhouse from Wilkos. Heres a 2.5 x 2 x 2 up to £26 +£9.99 p&p 2.5m x 2m Polytunnel Greenhouse Pollytunnel Poly Tunnel | eBay

But they are more suitable as semi-permanenet structures rather than something you want to put away at the end of the season.

EDIT: That ebay polytunnel went for £49.18 including postage.

I have a plastic "blow-away" and with a little DIY it has withstood all the recent gales without a bit of damage and there no tears in the cover; which is the re-inforced mesh type :thumb:, perhaps its flexibility is what saved it against a rigid structure????

I described what I did to it on a thread on here somewhere, I'll have a look for it in a bit...:D

I thought the problem with these greenhouses was that the material is suspecible to UV rays and goes brittle. Where did you get yours Bilbo675. It sounds good. What size is it?

You may find Aldi or Lidl have a very similar product a fraction cheaper.

Wyevale Garden Centres are selling one almost identical for £5 more, but it has the green reinforced polythene sheet (the one from Wilkos appears to be unreinforced from the web pic). Perhaps somebody with a Wikos one could comment as to what material they think is best, and if they both have the same framework?

That's the same material as my cover, it does seem quite tough.....I had one of the normal clear covers on my small "blow away" and that lasted 3 years before needing to be replaced, so not too bad :thumb:

                    Thanks, everyone.

I'll probably buy that, then, but in a few months.

Not got that much room in my garden, else I'd probably have bought the £62 polytunnel.
