Italian ciabatta brunch

    Olive ciabatta bread
    Mozzarella cheese
    garlic
    vine tomatoes
    fresh basil
    olive oil
    sliced onion (opt)

    Slice bread lenth ways,rub with garlic and drizzle with olive oil. layer cheese,basil and sliced tomatoes (onions opt) put the lid on and serve with mixed leaves and olives. :cool:

    Must be eaten outside, do,nt forget the Chardonnay.

    Sounds yummy, nicsdad, just right for our eating out here so we'll try it!

    We'll pass on the Chardonnay and go for a nice Grao Vasco or Adega de Pegoes!
