Undelivered Valentine's rose variety

 

Well if it had been delivered, it couldn't have taken pride of place in our new thread!

 

It was a tip that @Scrungee gave me, how to get a dozen roses for the price of one, the old romantic

 

I can't remember that, are you sure it was Roses, not Rosés in a post about Tesco wine glitches?

 

I pruned all of mine and my neighbour's roses today. Gave them a top dressing of bonemeal too.
Can't wait for them to get going properly.

I pruned all mine last week and 'Ebb Tide' is still looking pathetic after being in the ground three years. If it doesn't put in some effort this year it's out!

 

Ours are due for the chop this week. There are too many shoots forming now high up and some need a good 3' cutting off.

 

Yesterday i potted up my Tom Tom rose... bless him he was in the reduced section for YOUR NOT gonna believe it!!!! the grand total of a pound YES ONE BRITISH POUND

I gave the Golden Showers rose a tidy up earlier this week. Seemed such a shame to get rid of the cuttings. So, recalling the potato method, thought I would give that go.
