    My veg patch took a battering last week but now, thankfully, all the snow has gone. Looks to be a good weekend weatherwise, so I can crack on with my jobs.

    BTW, blue sky and sun down here in the South

    There's still no sign of new growth on the tree at the bottom of my garden. It knows when more cold weather is coming and stays asleep until it has passed. One more cold spell I reckon then spring will arrive.

    Never stopped snowing this morning and still is brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr .

    And there was I, feeling all smug that we in the NE had missed it all. Had a man call to do a small repair on my new settee this am and all was clear. About 10am it started to snow - THICK and heavy - and now, 2hrs later, we have about an inch. And I was going out today. But not now - not with my bad knee and broken toe! Can hardly walk indoors much less on all that!

    Oh poor you Daisees you and me both but my foot Morton Neuroma flared up again very painful and now bit if athritis in foot waitign to see Bone spealist 8th March.

    you have my sympathy too.
    Mortoen's Neuroma is extremely painful. AN Op. fixed it for me:gnthb:
    I was so used tot he awful pain tht i still occassionally wait for it to come back.

    I see Bone Specialist 8th March consultation have to say scared.

    And now when I walk kind walk on side of foot got special gell insoles to wear.

    How long were you off your legs after Op?
