Help! Can anybody identify this plant that has appeared in my garden? It is quite small, about 30 - 35 cm tall, but extremely thorny. Jaggy copy.jpg Jaggy.jpg

But doesn't a blackberry usually have long, single shoots? I might be wrong...
This is more a small, bushy plant.

I have a patio blackberry in a pot which is a small bushy plant at the moment. It may develop longer canes later but as it was new last year I'm not sure. However, I think it's almost thornless.
