I like Jamie but also Buddy Valastro, the American/Italian chef ... brilliant!

What is it with choritzo?
Perhaps bung it through a mincer and it might be edible.
I've only had it once and spent the next day trying to get the stringy bits of meat out of my teeth.

 

I've never tried it, but if it's been through a liquidiser there wouldn't be that problem.
I think that it's the spices as well as the meat.

 

Chorizo through liquidiser; way too technical and you have to clean it afterwards, lob in a dollop of HP sauce and should taste the same.

 

Nooooo...the simplest and tastiest stuffing mix for peppers, courgettes and tomatoes is a chorizo sausage cut into chunks and whizzed in the food processor, then a block of feta cheese whizzed with it. Simple as that! It doesn't take more than a minute to wash the food processor bowl and blade

 

I'm talking about the recipe Jamie Oliver is doing and you only have to wash the liquidiser.
