jasmin- help

have a jasmin plant, its about 3yrs old, has grown loverly ever year and covered the fencing with greenary, but hs yet to show any flower.

does anyone know of any particular reasons this my be?:cnfs:

 

I had the exact same fear not long ago, mine also didn't flower for the last 2 years but had amazing growth....now its covered in flowers and bud. So be patient, they may yet come, mine really has only just stared.
