Jazzy bird scarer

    :) I saw this today and wondered.........What,Why.
    It is turned by the wind and scares birds..........It's called Hawk Eye...
    I took a closer look and written was the web site portec.co.uk,they sell them,couldn't figer out why someone would want one in their garden......perhaps to deter sparrow Hawks and the like.
