Judo & running

as part of my job I have to keep in reasonable shape. I took Judo up at the beginning of 2004 and am aimimg for my black belt this year.

I also enjoy running and next race is a farm yard challenge ( Assault course of 10km ) next month.

Good luck with the Black Belt Shaun Eldest spawns a high grade in Muay Thai, so I understand the amount of training you have to do.

Shame those shows you organize are so far from me, I'd love to go!!!
