Who can recommend an apple that is not ready to harvest until mid September, because that's when my current apple tree is about done for the year.

I like big, red, juicy apples. I want a bumper crop with harvesting over several weeks, the longer the better, and I like a bumper crop.

    Suggestions please

Spartan, definitely red and juicy may be a bit late for you; Harvest October it says, mine are generally eaten by then. Laxtons Superb again October, but lovely. Cox is ready in September but not really red, Queen Cox is redder. There is also Red Falstaff.
This link could be worth a look Apple blossom and harvest dates by variety
