July Photo Competition RESULTS

    It was very hard to come to a final 1st place position for the entries, and have decided to award 1st, 2nd and 3rd postions, bearing in mind there is not much between them.

    In 3rd position :-

    Very imaginative ...... makes you look at plants from different perspectives .


    2nd position :-

    Sandy

    Very sharp close up, and a nice colouration.


    And in first position ..................

    Michaelmasdaisy

    A very nice picture, almost looks as though the petals are covered in ice.


    Well done everyone that took part, as I said above, it was very close, there were so many good pics, but obviously we had to choose our favourites, and we have enjoyed looking at all the pictures.


    Please make it easier for us with the August photo comp. ;) .

    Well done the winners - they are all great photos. It was such fun taking part you have no idea how many times I changed my mind! Oh well back to the drawing board

    Well done SteveW and Sandy. I thought your pics were lovely. And thanks to Nathan and Donna. (Actually, my money was on the water feature!)

    Thing is, I only took the picture to have a record of the extraordinary effect of the raindrops on the roses and used it as I wanted to sumit three entries!!!!
