Jungle Scythe

    Hi, can anyone help me to locate a jungle scythe? My aged aunt saw one in a gardening mag but didn't keep the ad. now she wants one and I have no idea where to find one (I've tried B&Q no luck) Any information would be appreciated! Annej

    Brilliant, Spudbristol you're a star. How my aunt is going to manage this I don't know, she is 85!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought it on ebay £10 cheaper than advertised in that mag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Annej

    We used to have a thing called a "Swing King" when I was a boy. Bit like an upside down walking stick, the curved end was a sharp blade, both sides, and you just swung it from side-to-side as you walked; it was pretty effective at keeping scrub under control, and was usable by the older generation. Not sure it would be up to removing a Jungle though ...

    Google didn;t enable me to find it, so I guess its history now.

    Well there are two pictures, both say "The image or video has been moved or deleted - Photobucket"

    If you can see the images it may be because you saw them when they were originally available, and a copy of them, has been "cached" on your PC, and it doesn't bother to try to download it again - whereas I am trying to get them for the first time and they aint available anymore [might be that there is a limit on how many times they can be viewed, or somesuch]
