Royster, don't give up. It's just you are putting in the wrong code for the image. I'll try to explain it. In Photobucket, your image should look like this..............



So, RIGHT CLICK on the URL Link - the top line under the picture. Click "copy" on the drop down menu that appears.

Under your message box - when you want to put in an image - click IMAGE. A box appears in the top left of your screen. Just press Control on your keyboard and V. Then return. The code is pasted into your mesasge. Do that with every photo in your Photobucket.

The only thing you have done wrong is paste in the HTML tag (second line down under image).

Go on, have another go......

 

Royster, Mr Kandy showed me this way...Where it says IMG code,I have to put the curser on that then press CTRL and hold down with left finger,then press the letter 'C' with right finger while still pressing down CTRL.It should then be highlighted in blue.

Then go to start and restart Internet Explore-er.Find GC then find which thread you want the picture to appear in. I then just have to press CTRL and the letter 'V' and the letters and all the other stuff shows up.Press Enter twice and then you should be able to go back to PB and start again.It takes practise but it does work.

Mr Kandy showed me later how to do the copy and paste bit but I have got so used to the way he showed me first I tend to stick with that.It will come to you eventually....Good Luck

PS you can only upload eight pictures at once on GC and gremlins count also towards your eight.It will be nice to see your above photos :D

 

Kandyfloss is right too, Royster. The URL Link and the IMG Code are exactly the same except that the IMG Code has "IMG" before and after it which you don't really need as by clicking on IMAGE under your message, GC does that for you. Control C is a quick way of copying anything highlighted the same as Control V is a quick way of pasting.

By keeping the two browser windows open on your desktop you can flip from one to the other very quickly and soon have your message complete.

 

Ladies, you really are trying to make things so complicated for me; but I do thank you so much for making the effort!!
I fink I will have to go it alone here cos my tiny brain can't take in all the info you have both been good enough to supply.
Watch this space (or whatever) and lets see what happends, shall we...?
