Nice set of pics, Kandy. Those daffs with their heads down look as though they're saying "What the hell's that white stuff" [IMG]

Hi Terrier,Woo and Borrowers the snow was begining to melt in these photos which was a shame because earlier it had looked just like a Christmas scene but I am still pleased with the results though [IMG]

Terrier, yes those daffs do look like they are saying that.It is a pity that the snow drops have now gone over because they would have looked nice hence their name...

Borrowers, the dog was moving all the time and I was trying to zoom in on just his head as he looked such a cute dog but if I hadn't pressed the button when I did he would have been long gone.Well that is my excuse and I am sticking to it. [IMG] :D

    Lovely pics Kandyfloss!

    Especially love the daffs.

I envy you having such a snowy landscape. I remember as a child in Liverpool, I used to see images of farmers having to dig out sheep from snowdrifts in Devon and Dartmoor. Since living here though, in 8 years I haven't had so much as a sprinkling!

Mind you, I am glad for the sheeps' sake!

Crumbs go away for a few minutes and everyone starts posting :D

Rosa, love your snowy photo espaecially with Rosa in it.Our Tina used to love the snow and we used to throw snowballs which she jumped up to catch in her mouth  :D

Kathy,I do love the snow because it makes everywhere nice and bright and it brings all the
adults and kids out from behind there computers and computer games to have a great time building snowmen. It is the only time we haer shrieks of laughter as everyone has a great time.I shall have to find the snowmen photos I took last year for all you newbies to see..

Thanks Imp though it looks like you had a good dollop as well yesterday.

CM,my sister moved down to Devon the other year just ouside Chumleigh and they love it though they keep coming back up this way to see their kids and visa versa. When I was a young girl we had proper snow especially at Christmas and I can remember the winter of 63 when we had to dig the gas man out when he came to empty the gas meter...Happy days
