    Help please?

I've had my kentia palm about 6 months and there are leaves and their trunks turning brown and going crisp and dying.

    But I dont know why?

    Any help would be great.

I have never owned one of these, but from google, it states that it needs a shady place in your home (away from direct sun), not too much watering and water preferably with rain water?

Howea forsteriana - Kentia Palm. Great indoor palm for low light rooms

it's hard to tell from your photo, but if only one or two side leaves are going brown, that may be normal (just cut them off)?

nice palms though and pricey .... perhaps re-pot it in a slightly larger pot aswell
