I thought this might be of interest to some members here, so I decided to mention it.

-PRETEXT. SKIP THIS OR NOT, IT'S BACKGROUND INFO-

After my girlfriend started to randomly pass out, get chest pains and frequent dizzy spells, she passed out whilst at work and hit her head on the concrete we spent the entire day in hospital. She had cat scans, heart checks, blood tests and a whole host of other things, we left with no idea what was happening. at around 6pm (We got there at about 8am) they said "Okay, you can go now" and left. So we figured a shot in the dark couldn't make things worse, and asked in the "Ask Doctors" section on Reddit (an area regularly patrolled by all forms of medical practitioners). They suggested that it could be related to a pretty crummy diet combined with her working 6 and a half days per week and recommended a Ketogenic diet.

We are on day two, so I can't go around ranting and raving about the effects, just yet! Since I have been recently laid off work, I have landed the role of Houseboyfriend(?). Cleaning, taking care of our puppy and cooking the meals for 5 of us. I enjoy it actually! I had a stint of working in a restaurant and loved the atmosphere, so this is very enjoyable. For breakfast I made everybody some Cheese and Bacon Frittata Muffins, They all had lunch plans at work except my girlfriend, So I sent her with some Mango, Blueberries and Vanilla Chia Pudding. Dinner brought forth Bacon and Chive burgers with a Smoked Ham and Spinach Salad. I'm doing my best to get some interesting and quirky foods in there that they wouldn't normally try (Spinach was a success!).

Breakfast this morning was a simple Sour Milk and fruits, Lunch was Red pepper, tomato and spinach salad, and dinner tonight will be a test of their tastebuds. Orange and Cinnamon Pork Stew.

I'm in the process of creating a blog where I can put these for people to use.

I hope my rambling didn't bore you too much.
