Kidney Beans

    I asked this question in error in the greenhouse section something is eating the some of the leaves on the kidney beans bought some spray and have sprayed the leaves any ideas what it could be unable to see anything ???

      There's a number of different insects that eat leaves - are the leaves at the edge of the leaf or the centre.

      If you can't see any beasties, then its prolly a nocturnal visitor - worse case Vine Weevil, or less serious leaf cutter ants or bees, snails or slugs.

      Well some leaves have been eaten on the outside and a few have all gone its only a small % of the total number of leaves maybe since i sprayed them things will improve.

      Hopefully the spray will have worked but if not - then if the leaves are being eaten from the outside, sounds like you may have nocturnal snails.
