    hello peeps,
    Isit possible to take and grow cuttings from these, as my neigbor as one and would love one for my front garden.

    I assume you mean one of these standard willows growing on a tall stem and weeping downwards? If so then yes you can take cuttings from the top bit, but what you get is a flat growing sideways spreading shrub. Unless you can graft the cuting on top of a suitable tall growing willow and create your own.
