Anyone know where I could get any Asphodeline Lutea, better known as King's Spear? It's growing in an allotment near me in a flowerbed, I think it's a very handsome plant. Asphodeline lutea | Plants | BBC Gardeners' World I know Crocis sell it but I think the price is a bit steep, and I've had no joy with Fothergills or T & M. Cheers!

Go to the alotment plot owner and ask for a bit? Very cheeky I know but alotmenteers are a friendly bunch so put your best smile on.

Hi Archdoodler, I have some seed if you'd like it, a friend sent me it last year, 2009 seed but do store all my seed in the fridge so sure it'll be fine, not many seed but they do germinate quite easily I have 5 really healthy plants now so won't be using it.
