    Hello all.
I'm a professional gardener and I'm having trouble with my knees due to the repetetive bending. I'm looking at getting some knee supports and am overwhelmed with the choices available. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some that are durable and comfortable for all day use please?
    Many thanks :)

    Hi kkgs:)
    downlwelcome.jpg
Ive been having knee problems for over a month, theyve always cracked when i bend so i figured i was going to have problems in the future, now im limping most days and cant bend my right knee,i was supposed to go back to the doctors for hospital appointment to have a camera look around in there..which sounds scary and painful to me :ouch1:
I didnt think about knee supports so i might go back and have a chat to the doc about trying that option first, maybe if he cant advise our physio theropist at the surgery could :blue thumb:i will let you know what he advises :)

I have one replacement knee and I'm due another,as my right knee gives constant pain I've tried them all( ha ha) it really is trial and error, bought some back up ones on eBay recently and yet again even at my age I'd forgot you get what you pay for.

      Thank you!
I've bought some pull on cheapies (£1.67) from Amazon to try. They haven't come yet.. Roy, I expect you are right about getting what you pay for.
I did buy some Elastoplast ones from boots with velcro straps but they pinched and wouldn't have gone under trousers very well so I took them back.
Joolz, I hope the knee supports do the trick!

If all else fails and I hope it doesn't ,I spent £5000 having key hole surgery having the cleaned out and that was a waste of time and money, had one replaced and that was about 8 years ago and what a fantastic operation and relief,Iwas back to work in three weeks but now the other has gone and I need to get it sorted.

        Thank you all. :)

I've been wearing the cheapies from Amazon and they seem to have helped and are ok for all day use. I've also had some Bowen therapy which has alleviated the pain in my knees and my back quite considerably :dancy:

Doctors appointment Tuesday to start the ball rolling on a new right knee a last resort but when all else fails or the pain gets to much a fantastic operation after my left knee replacement highly recommended..
