I've been given some laburnum seed pods fresh off the tree.

Anyone know the best way to sow them?

My plan at the moment is to just stick them in the coldframe in pots, "ripe" as they are, and hope they either germinate now or in spring.

    Any other ideas?

They can just be potted up and put outside to get frosted.
Should germinate next spring with no problems.

Just chuck 'em in pots and leave 'em then, Pete?

Ok, cheers. Will give it a whirl.
