WELL COME ON LADIES, GET IT OFF YOUR CHESTS :yikes:

I'll kick off with my pet hate, people/friends who come to dinner, and do not offer
to help clear up. So I just cough and ask them nicely , 'time to clear up'

Not putting the loo seat and lid down and leaving the empty loo roll cardboard on the holder..... I'm still trying to train Mr AB..... He says I should give up....so when he does this.... I make sure other loo rolls are hidden.... Then the shout comes and I leave him wait... He thinks it's so funny..... Must be a man thing!!!

Im sorry and not to offend anyone but why do we need a seperate ladies pet hate thread?

I dont understand why there would be a need to genderise this i can understand putting it into sections like gardening pet hates, sport pet hates, public transport pet hates but not gender.

I know the ofher thread says geezers pet hates but i thought that was to do with northants geezers name rather than gender.

I don't see anything wrong with the title. I just assume that it's a humorous way of picking on the things that men do that annoy you. Or things that tend to be more specific to females.

No problem as far as I'm concerned and I look forward to some interesting and funny items. :)

I never said there was anything wrong with it i just don't understand.

Unless its pet hates on pregnancy, breast feeding and child birth and at a push periods (trans men have periods too) (I would include boobs but men have boobs too.)

I don't understand what other subjects would be female specific.

Men annoy men, women annoy women, people just annoy people. Why do women need a separate thread to moan about men? if there was a thread about men moaning about women that would be seen as sexist in a lot of situations but at the end of the day i don't get the whole men vs women thing anyway. We are not that different we are just people with a range of diff personalities.

Like i said i just don't get it and dont understand.

My thread did indeed refer to my name only :)
I understand what @Dips is saying, but like @shiney says, it could be interesting, and certainly not offensive to me personally :)
When I read the title, my first thought was... this could be interesting/amusing :blue thumb:.
I vote for letting it run .

I think it's another general moaning thread. As a female poster you don't have to solely moan about men here, you can moan about anything. Count me out....it's coming up to Christmas! Let's have some good cheer! :roflol:

I may need to get in touch with my feminine side to post on here, but I am sure they said on the radio earlier that it "tis the season to be Julie"

I also dislike members of family who you invite round to your house at Christmas etc and expect you to wait on them hand and foot after you have slaved away for a good few hours in the kitchen and then expect you to do all the washing and drying up while they chill out in the lounge or dining room even though when we go to their homes we always chip in to help clear everything away or help set the table with the cutlery etc. This was one reason why we decided to start getting away from it all because by the time we went back to work afterwards we were exhausted and hadn't felt like we had recharged our batteries or enjoyed the whole Christmas thing.

Also I don't like family members who invite you out for a meal because they don't like cooking only to find that they expect you or their elderly relatives to pay the bill.We payed for everyone last year(8 people) but I don't fancy us having to pay for it in the New Year but how do you get the freeloaders to pay their share without causing a lot of upset.I am whittling about it already and we haven't even got to Christmas yet:gaah:PS,The freeloaders have thousands in the bank all saved by.........Freeloading over the years:mute:

I make it very simple , I never invite anyone over or go out for meals with them .
A friend was coming over quite a bit earlier this year, but she always helped with the washing up and even some food prep. I must be different to many though, because I was never really bothered about the washing up, and often said 'no, just leave it, I will do it tomorrow'.
Admittedly, this was just 2 peoples mess though .
