Just home from 5 days up at Beinn Eighe National Nature Reserve. Hardly any rain (though did get soaked to skin once!) No midges!!!
Photo is a HDR composite of 3 exposures taken on a walk on the trail that leads up Beinn Eighe (Ben Ay) one of our favourite walks.

Not many more Robert. I took a few that ought to have been good ones but messed up the exposures due to not pressing the 'set' button after selecting the exposure bracketing:DOH: Still not got used to all the bells lights and whistles on my new camera. Age related incompetence !!

Glorious image Dave - no hills here in flat Suffolk so I really appreciate peaks.

Brilliant photo Dave! Can I ask what camera and lens you used for this?

                Thanks Pixel!
It was taken with a Canon EOS 60D.
Could perhaps have been a little sharper if I'd used a tripod and cable release but lugging a tripod as well as a fairly heavy camera plus all the other wet weather gear etc up a mountain isn't fun.
I was lucky with the light and clouds - they were just about perfect for a HDR shot.

Lens was standard Canon 'kit lens' 18-55mm set at 25mm. Aperture f13 with exposures at 1/800, 1/400, 1/200. ISO 400.
