late frost

    Hi, just a quick note for anyone in the midlands/northern england.

    there is a chance of temps. dropping down to 2'C tonight,it could be enough to damage any tender plants and seedings. maybe as well taking in what you can or getting some fleece over what you can't! Global warming hey! [​IMG]

    :eek: We are almost into June! In saying that, I had a sweater on eating in our outdoor living room tonight! Even more :eek:

    Hi Glenw,We have just heard that from people over our allotments so the greenhouse is now closed up and the heating is back on.It is cold enough out there to freeze :eek:

    Ive given up watching weather forecast lately, as it never seems to happen like they tell it! So im grateful for that word of warning glen..better get my tree fern bundled up JIC :)

    Always best to check the Met Office forecast.

    There's a link on my blog ! Simply enter your postcode and get a local forecast as opposed to a national one!
