lavender seeds

I have some lavender seeds if anyone would like some? Its a nice lavender and iv had a pink one from the same seeds. Hubby collected them so they are all mixed up

The seeds as far as i have found take a season to start growing.My lavender seems to self seed in cracks of my garden paving so i have never planted them on purpose.They do seem to like a free draining soil with sharp sand added (thats whats under my paving flags) sorry i cant be more specific guys.

As for getting seeds from your own plants, i just wait until the flowers have faded and they have dried out (still on the plant).Then if you look at them closely you will see that they have little holes where the flowers once were and if you break them off and sqeeze gently or tap the seed head into the palm of your hand the seeds will fall out (this time of year).

And finally, i would love some peruvian lillys please.

I dont want any money for the seeds just send me a few seeds of whatever you've got lol. I like a surprise but will say i live in west yorkshire so climate not always too good. Go on gimme a surprise :lollol:
