lawn for rabbits but lots of clover

Hi all,
my first posting here whilst on hopefully what seems another fairly quiet nightshift.
At home we have a good sized rear lawn on which we let our six rabbits eat, run and play. they absolutely love it...
Its my first lawn/lawns and this rear lawn being only a fifth in size of the front lawn, is enclosed and being used as a kids and rabbit play area im approaching it as organically as i know how, meaning no pesticides - for obvious reasons.
Im patching up and seeding any bald areas and using a fiskjar removal tool for some of the weeds, the rabbits take care of the rest.
This week however ive noticed a massive difference in the amount of clover, its now covering half of the lawn.
The rabbits love eating it so im not that bothered, but it seems by next month ill have all clover and no grass its thriving that much.
I fertilised the lawn with "bunure - bunny poo tea", last month, which i take from a water butt containing a bunny poo teabag - stocking. like i said, my take on organic.
So basically, whats the best way of removing it and why is there so much of it? (could it be the bunny droppings spreading seeds?)
