Sorry, I know this isn't strictly a gardening topic but I wondered if anyone has found a way to remove the staining which Evergreen Complete causes on concrete paving.

I've tried pressure washing and painting with neat bleach but no luck.

The rusty staining is from the iron oxides in the feed. I seem to have tried everything to remove them without success; however, with time they fade and disappear.

I rang Scotts UK helpline and was instructed to treat them with a 50% solution of vinegar. Unfortunately this didn't have any noticeable effect on the stains but bleached the surrounding areas so they now look worse than before.

I think you're right - they'll just have to weather, but past experience shows they never disappear completely.
