Lawn treatment

I could do with a little pro advice here... I fed the lawn last autumn with an autumn feed... and have used a spring weed, feed and fertiliser to try and kill off the moss and other little weeds; trouble is the moss was almost untouched and I still have all the weeds and clover (which is soooooooo annoying!) growing merrily away. I used the B&Q fertiliser as a few people have recommended it on the site.
Any suggestions as to how to get rid of the clover etc? (I'm raking out the moss as there's not too much at the mo)

 

Actually, it was a typo on my part - I meant to say it was a lawn weed, feed and moss killer but wrote fertiliser instead. Don;t ask why, I was obviously 'having a moment'!
