Just thought i'd let anyone interested know about the ryobi leaf vac / blower. It's a wonderful machine [IMG] , does either job by just flicking a switch. No major alterations. It has an additional bit with wheels attached that goes on the end of the nozzle. Just had it fixed after i broke one of the fuel pipes [IMG] so i'm able to use it again.... BUT and a BIG BUT.... [IMG] The bag that collects the mulched leaves has a plastic zipper [IMG] Not exactly strong enough for the job. I'm now on the 5th bag. Ryobi did say they chose plastic as metal would rust. Anyone got any ideas where i could get a small zip similar to those used on tents, (Just big enough for an elf tent [IMG] ) Be grateful to find one that i could replace the zip.

Thanks folks for ideas, but solved the problem myself............. [IMG] [IMG] believe it or not, had a little acident, slipped on mud by front of landy and caught wax jacket on winch. [IMG] Thought originally i'd torn sleeve from it's home, but when removing jacket, found sleeve not ripped but great cavernous opening across back from one sleeve to near other sleeve. It was a bit tatty anyway, but still weather proof and lived in, but alas it will be a jacket no more. zip to vac bag, sleeve to cover garden kneeler, and a section to cover hen feeder. :D [IMG]
