Hi. I see a leaf fungus on my plants, and need to ID this pest, and to know how to get it away. Who can help?

On many of my plants. Most of my chili peppers, but also on my rucola, and others nearby.

It looks like it might & I am saying only might be, one of the black spots muolds that inhabit tropical countries Sven...
Allot of these can spread after rain & as you have had so much rain recently it could well be that.. It is hard to find much info on tropicals here, but I have this you might find of interest..

The black spot mould is a problem to the banana plants out there as I have seen it.. Do you think it could be the same or similar one as it has a very similar look to your leaves & everyone has banana plants growing Sven.. Tropical storms do not help it that I do know....
What do you think the white bubble looking thing is on the last photo.?

The whitish bubble looks like a fungus. It sits right in the center of one of these spots.

I will research on the Black Spot Mold, and how to cure it. Thanks!
