Here comes 2015 and I still know nothing!!

Talking of quotes from Alice, here's one that ARMANDII should know about.

The latter part of the quote is most appropriate at the moment, Shiney, as collimating a Newtonian can be mmmmmmoooooooooooooost frustrating

 

It's supposed to be the "very simple" procedure, "M", of correctly aligning the path of light going down the telescope tube to the Primary mirror, reflecting that light correctly back up to a secondary mirror which reflects upwards into the focuser and the eyepiece so that you can see a sharp image.................but in Life, [and astronomy], nothing is simple.

 

Hmm! Now let me reflect upon the matter!
