Lettuce F.U.B.A.R.

    Lettuce was going so well, went away for a week then this happened.....

    What do you think caused this :scratch:

    Lack of water, sun, wind burn, frost, getting its roots into the horse poo below the soil or root aphid:what:

    The missing one in the middle is explainable by Sister picking it for salad, that sort of damage I have learned to cope with, but this...:gaagh:

    Could be Lifawd - left it for a week disease.
    Or may be old age - it looks rather 'mature' :WINK1:

    It looks like die-back due to damage, Ziggy. I don't think it's root aphid, just aphids:oopss:
