Hi all, can anyone tell me why my iceburg lettuce is shaped like a cos lettuce and why has it started drooping?
I'm not having much luck with growing cucumbers or tomatoes from seed this year - what am I doing wrong? Last years was brilliant (beginners luck, maybe?)

Hi, Gloria, although I'm pretty new to growing veg, I think that lettuce needs cool conditions to grow on, too much heat will 'cook' the lettuce. I havn't got 'round to growing cukes yet so I can't help there. The tomato plants should be starting to grow on now in this warmth and sunlight, remembr to keep the leaves dry, water from the base and start feeding when you see flowers. :)

Hi, I am growing the lettuce, toms and cucumbers in the greenhouse. Do you think that if I were to move the lettuce out into the garden they might be better, instead of being in a hot greenhouse? Also I have potted on into bigger pots.
