lilac tree(miss kim dwarf)

    ive just ordered a miss kim dwarf lilac tree,i have googled them and im getting mixed info on how tall and wide they can get...does anybody have one and know? height isnt a problem but im reading between 4ft to 6ft width?? thanks x

    Hi joolz68

    Personally I am always wary of anything tree-like that is described as 'dwarf'. If height is not an issue and the only concern you have is spread, then keep it contained by regular annual pruning and you shouldn't have a problem. Just keep in mind that a lilac is, after all, classed as a small tree / large shrub.
