Has anyone any suggestions on how to get rid of Lillies of the Valley as they're taking over part of my garden?

Agree I love them too and have them in one area.

You could try smothering them with whatever you have... cardboard,tarp,newspapers..anything that can be firmly held down. A tad unsightly imo but it works well , best time to cover is now when they are actively growing.
      Good luck.
