lillies seeding?

I was going to deadhead my calla lillies yesterday when I noticed that inside the dead flower were green pea-like things, are these seeds and if so, can I pick them & plant them up? Thanks

 

Wait until they ripen.

 

thanks Rich, how do I know when they're ripe? Do they go brown? Sorry to sound to stupid but I'm new to all this.
