This evening I found and disposed of the first of these.
    Anyone else seen any yet?

Not yet, Nigel. Last year was not a good year for them and so I emptied my two large pots of the Lilies and, while keeping the old lily bulbs, made a promise not to plant any more for a while. But I couldn't resist putting fresh compost into another pot and planting the old bulbs plus a few new ones.......so no doubt I'll be seeing the Lily beetle shortly.:snork:

Yes...squashed a couple yesterday. Hopefully before they had a chance to reproduce! Horrible things.

Yep, killed 5 on Sunday. 4 of which were engaged in romantic antics at the time.

So far only 2 of my lilies are growing, the other 2 and the 2 tree lilies are nowhere to be seen. I hope they're just behind.

Noticed them in the sunshine yesterday on a patch of turk's heads, managed to squash 3 but several fell off into the thick growth. I need to get my long handled tweezers out of the ' man drawer'
