Hi Mark B I have seen leaflets for them, but they look a bit on the small size for what I wanted.I was thinking of making some deep bed systems for our allotment, but this company don't do the lengths I needed.I googled for Link-a-Board and found their site, sorry don't know what it is off hand...We have come to the conclusion that our beds would be better made from wood.Have a look at Plotty's Blog.He can be found under edible gardening, and you will see his wooden deep bed systems,if you haven't found him before..

    Good Luck

I looked at the link a bord system but thought at (from memory) the depth of 150mm was not really going to be deep enough for me (but then I am going to be using them on a patio not earth).

In the end I went for this one which is 250mm deap.

I can not comment on the quality etc as I have yet to get them - due for delivery today or tomorrow.

I have just requested a price for 9 off 3mtr * 1mtr which is a bit small for a veg garden but just to see as it might have been neater than my Rustic attempt. £250 not a chance!!! It would require low cost veggies beyond the rest of my life to balance on cost analisis turms.
Why does someone not come up with a recycled plastic low cost version. They are always looking for uses for the stuff.

Thanks for your views, To be honest i am looking to create a bed as cheap as possible just in case things don't work out to well with my new found hobby. Im not a quitter but don't want to spend fortune's on a raised best system if i can get away with it.

I'd go for long planks of wood and make your own, Mark.... a lot cheaper!

I have got the delivery now (and they seem to have sent me 4 packs not the two I ordered and paid for!!) Tragically I do not have space for all 4 in the wee bit of patio I use for Veg growing.

I have not had much of a chance to look at them properly but at a quick glance the quality of the plastic walls seems good.

I know I could have done it cheaper with wood but I wanted to get something that was easily taken down again as well.

Have ssen some other types of this system out of what looks to be better quality plastic, Double the price though. Speaking to a friend over the weekend and he told me he has two old scaffold boards in his garage.

Best be picking those up a bit quickly me thinks.
