    they originally come from Tibet, but they now live in Liguria (region of Italy where Genova is...)!!!
    apparently their waste is very useful as a fertilizer...

    I love goats. We used to have a small family herd in the field out back, Toggenburger goats. Unfortunately, a house was built on the plot and so the owner of the goats had to move them.

    I love goats too they are so sweet, would love to own a couple iff only i had a large place, just lovely

    I like goats even though when I was very little, one backed me into a corner and ate all the buttons on my dress.

    I have only found out today that there are some goats (about ten)on the island of Portland, from Northumberland. They have been introduced recently to keep the brambles down and let other plants grow, unless they get eaten as well!

    You know i used to be a vetrinary nurse - well i am ashamed to admit but admit i must - I had a rabbit and i called him Stew :D

    Goat stew is a very popular dish here, but I have never had it. :eek:

    Following along Funny Face's line ... we stayed on a daffodil farm near the Gower Peninsula once and they had a pet lamb who wore a pink ribbon called Lamb Chop. She would wander around the kitchen and follow you about and jump in the car with you ... darling. [​IMG]

    Had a rabbit called Stew
    cat called Ginola
    Hamster called Skunky le peu (even tho he was Russian)

    Guineapig called Gideon
    Cat called ou el le muffeeee
    Cats called Pixie, Milo, Archie, Mollie, Tyson, Lennox, Lydia, Lynx, partridge, david, colin and nigel

    :D [​IMG] oh and must'nt forget another rabbit called smokey :D
