Living room project

Hi all, over the last few weeks ive been doing the living room up, what was going to be a bit of a decorating job turned out to be a full revamp, new ceiling walls etc etc,

The pictures below say it all lots of them, I'm now, near completion .

A fair few jobs left to do main ones being wallpaper round the chimney breast electrics floor new door skirting board etc etc.

 

@martin-f, You've done yourself proud there mate and that fire grate is totally gorgeous ...another person like my hubby who gets stuck in and no messing.

I've got this to put on today, ive never wallpapered before wish me luck @£62 a roll there's no room for mistakes .

 

Martin may be an idea to practice . You could put lining paper on first to get into the hang of papering. At £62 a roll , and matching patterns could be expensive. Lots of how to videos on Youtube.

 

@martin-f you really have done a grand job, well done.

Good luck with that wallpaper , give yourself plenty of time & keep calm! I can't wall paper to save my life, I've not got enough patience
