    Just because they're weeds or wild doesn't make them any less interesting.

    Infact, it often makes them more precious, because they are natures gifts, free to us.

    I am glad someone else finds nettles a quite beautiful plant, which if it were difficult to grow would be more readily seen as the thing of beauty it actually is, instead of the foolishly scorned weed it is often portrayed as.

    Out at Haigh Hall today in the woodlands and the place is awash in National treasures.

    Hmm, the creeping buttercup and ragwort I'd have to disagree about - having had to undertake the backbreaking work of removing by hand from a farmer's field. On the whole there's some nice imagery there, my friend.
