I had this trailing plant in my hanging baskets this year and it was very good. I know some other people had it too, Has it set seeds for anyone? Mine hasn't.

I grew them last year and kept a cople over winter in the greenhouse, they did really well in their second year, but they dried out to a crisp when we went on holiday the day the heat wave started.

I now see that Chiltern Seeds has it under the other name, Maurandia. Agree, Liz, a nice nursery.

I am very confused about the names, I've found most info. under Asarina. I don't mind 2 but 3 latin names is a bit much. And where does lofos fit in?
Rich, did you cut them back like fuchsias, mine have great long trailing bits at the moment?
LOL. can't understand why I never heard of that nursery before, I thought I knew all the good ones near Falmouth... [IMG]

it's the Victoria Falls. I had the burgundy falls as plugs in some of my hanging baskets, and they're still doing well. I think it was Suttons I got them from.

I got the lotus fire vine too, and that's done beautifully too. Strongly recommended! :D

Save me a seed or two, please, Dendro!

Liz, sometimes the best places are on your own doorstep! Then you can kick yourself all the way there and back again! [IMG]

Liz, I've decided Lofos is the diminutive of Lophospernum! [IMG]
