I have had this. It seems that if you tick the 'remember me' box when logging on, then you get problems ever after. I think what it is is it is storing a cookie to let you on without logging in, but the cookie is bound to the domain that you did it on.

For example, if I go to http://www.gardenerscorner.co.uk and say remember me, then I later miss off the www and go straight to http://gardenerscorner.co.uk, I still get to the site but my login intermittently won't work.

I raised it with Nathan. I find that if you log in it appears that you haven't but if you click on to say the arcade you find that you are.

I like your new avatar BTW Gogs.

I found that if you don't "log out" and just click off the site, the problem doesn't arise.

When I log on I have to keep putting my username in and when it says "Remember Me" it will not save. when I do sign on it says I have not logged in but as soon as I click a topic it says I have logged in!

    could be my browser?

This is how I always do it, but last evening I suddenly had the problem some of you have been having.

I had just posted one reply and then I was "out" s00k. I kept logging back in, and I was in - for about 3 seconds, then out again. If I went to where I had last been able to post, then I was back again automatically.

I e'd Sis, told her and asked if she could sort it out today. Later on, I managed to log in and stay logged in. So e'd Sis again ...... Had no problem at all this morning.

People have funny days, why shouldn't computers/forums, too? - but I wish they didn't!

Have a nice day everyone and hope you stay logged in.

you should be able to change it in the Exif data. if not explain to the mods (If for comps) I expect they trust you.
